At Edgescan, I worked with some of the best people I have ever had the opportunity to work with. The environment is supportive, positive and collaborative. Transparency is ingrained in the culture. From an engineering perspective, everyone strives to do better and to find better ways to do things. Therefore, learning never stops, and people are supported and encouraged to succeed and grow. Ownership and taking responsibility are an important part of the culture. The culture is honest and constructive. Software developers participate actively in decisions about the roadmap, the items people want to work on, the processes, etc. Opinions are always heard and strongly encouraged, as there is a constant attempt to do and be better. Edgescan believes in its people and trusts them, as they are the most critical factor of success. I can see a lot of potential in Edgescan due to the culture of owning mistakes and using them to learn, as in such a fast-moving environment, they are inevitable. They give you all the rope and will never let you hang yourself. I was with Egescan for over two years. I feel truly privileged to work with such smart, dedicated and friendly people every day. There are plenty of opportunities at the company if you're willing to work hard and are passionate about what you do. The company is growing quickly so it is never boring.
