Shortly after joining Edgewell I realized my manager was terrible - and that this was a known problem throughout the company. When I put in my two weeks notice shortly after joining, I was told that the person they had hired before me had quit after just two weeks, and that HR is aware of this person being a poor leader. It's wrong to hire people into roles where they are bound to be miserable/not succeed because of a known management problem - innocent people are giving up good jobs to work at Edgewell, and prefer unemployment in this economy over sticking around. Keeping bad leaders around hurts people - this is just one example of how.

The constant job security uncertainty, the disregard for experience vs getting new people in at a lower salary, layoffs and then opening the laid off role for outside applicants, not allowing laid off people to apply for open roles, and lack of transparency.
