Unfortunately, the management and direction of this company is soulless and only caring about controlling their staff, cutting costs, and no matter how long you have worked for them or have dedicated time to them, you are discarded without a thought. There are very unethical and risky practices being performed at this location and when people speak up about it, they are sneakily retaliated against. Everyone who has left Bellwood has left on bad terms and the turnover is ridiculous. Run far, far away for your own mental health and sanity. This place does not care about you. Such a shame that people who really need help are being treated as dollar signs. If not for the front line staff, this place would be irredeemable.
