Solid company and benefits. There are some nice people in the lower jobs, avoid the pres and "VPs" at all costs.

Managers only care about themselves. The president says it's all about the people, yet in his management meetings, it's clear that they only care about revenue and their bonus. Management really doesn't have a clue how to run, market, or manage the business. Constant changing of mgmt leads to constant changes. changes in sales is made by a guy that doesn't do sales, but used to 15 years ago. Better to skip this mess of a company. The sales trainer can't sell and teaches a way of selling that doesn't work in real life. Employees only want to collect their checks and avoid the wrath of mgmt. there is a lot of favoritism, and the facility VPs can't spell or write correctly, have no formal education, yet act like they are big shots- but every day might be the one where you are no longer needed. They also talk about career path but there is NONE. They don't promote lower people into mgmt since they pay them so low. Politics and bad people ruined this company years ago.
