Prepare to have your values slowly eroded by risk adverse careerists in executive management while you accumulate several lifetimes worth of traumatic experiences that leave you with PTSD.

The teams you work with are good for the most part. There still is a slight sense of brotherhood left.

Management. Every single aspect of management is broken. 99% of white shirts are out of touch and scared to make a decision. There's 0 accountability as clearly shown by the promotion process and their day-to-day decision making. Their method of dealing with a problem employee is usually to put that problem on some project by themself, and then promote them to get them out of the area. Make them someone else's problem. There has been 0 respect for the chief's since I started 18 years ago, and that continues to today with the ingenious "Stepbrother Project" of having co-chief's. Most of us just count down the time until we can walk out the door and management still scratches their heads about the employee retention problem.
