If your based in the office, your not just allowed flexibility but its a nice place to be. Colleagues are friendly and supportive, its a really diverse business so there is lots of variety. Importantly for most of us, we like the public sector ethos of improving outcomes for children and working for a company that is not driven by profits (and we have great terms and conditions!)
