Little help from management at times, lack of support from owners, loyalty isn’t valued or rewarded

A promising concept for the product testing industries. Sad they can't follow basic industry guidelines.

Retired and with extensive experience behind me I was called upon to join this company with a part time venture assisting them in their calibration department. I was skeptical at first and was wondering why they lost so many before me. Well I found out. Miserable working environment, Shoddy calibration quality system, regurgitating data is common place. Very poor operating procedure database. Product technical training is non-existent with chain gang tactics including cattle prodding and counting how many calibrations you can do in an 8 hour day prove they are profit driven as is the owners only focus. Forget about coworker comradely “chit-chat” between each other is frowned upon. Difficult to communicate with their only product engineer; he was short and rude most of the time when asking for assistance; I guess this is the reason why others left this company in droves. I can’t believe this promising accredited Company is still operating but may be on the road to doom after losing so many. I must say I don’t see any improvement at all from the previous employee’s complaints. Stay clear if you know what is good for you.
