Very TOXIC and leaves you with a negative feeling -If you use legally entitled benefits like FMLA or sick leave, you will have a target on your back and be scrutinized about every thing you do. -Program supervisors and managers lack transparency. They cannot be trusted and talk negatively about staff in the office -Favoritism and biases throughout management and supervisors.
