Some rough patches regarding implementing new systems and ensuring information is shared efficiently.

If they are hiring, you should apply for the job. The negative reviews drive me crazy! People forget that they are running a business. If you do not like the wages they offered you, why did you take the job in the first place? Let's see... they offer medical, vacation, sick time, holiday pay and 401 K matching up to I believe 4 or 5 percent, that sounds like a terrible company, right? I worked for the group for almost 9 years and when they decided to reorganize some areas of the group, I was let go. This is business! They did a good job transitioning the jobs to another state. Some of you are saying that they did not respect their employees, this is not true. I do not know to many employers that inform you that you are losing your job and gives you 3 months to prepare for it and also gives you the tools to look for new jobs, this is respect for their employees. As far as the negative reviews on HR, this is a hard job, when a company is going through changes, doing your job takes on a whole new meaning. I feel that the experience was handled with the utmost care, thanks to the HR department. I really enjoyed working for the Educatius group and Tom Ericsson.

I do not see any cons about the company. They are running a business and sometimes that means that you will need to let people go from time to time, do not take it so personal!
