Vantaggi

Honestly, hard to recall. I liked my coworkers in branch & the now to wow conferences were fun.

Svantaggi

Zero flexibility for those with families, always getting written up for having to stay home with a sick child. There was no understanding for extenuating circumstances, underpaid for the amount of work/training we had to do. Very cliquey & gossipy. No room for growth, especially if you aren’t based in Racine. The turnover rate is crazy.

Vantaggi

Educators Credit Union is truly an outstanding place to work. Leadership goes above and beyond to support employees, not only in their careers but also in their personal lives. When I recently reconnected with ECU, I was welcomed back without hesitation and smiles! It was so genuine. That level of care is rare, and it shows how deeply ECU values its people. From the top down, the culture is built on respect, support, and appreciation. The CEO’s words and actions reflect how much the organization cares about its employees, and that sets the tone for the entire workplace. If you are looking for a career with a company that values its employees, fosters growth and is true to their core values, Educators Credit Union is the place to work!

Svantaggi

No cons that I can think of.

Vantaggi

Good benefits but not industry leading. Pleasant and well maintained office location. Training & onboarding was nice and everyone was friendly. I love credit unions and what they stand for. Now to Wow is a lot of fun.

Svantaggi

Extremely traditional corporate structure and analysis paralysis prevents progress. Fear of retribution from leadership seems to be common here, and engaging directly with someone who isn't your manager is difficult and discouraged. Ultimately you need to stay in your lane, even if it means burning out. Not fun.
