Good colleagues and tutors is the only reasons im staying.

Bad management, taking advantage of others, workloads didnt match the salary, no recognition, low common sense. Just bad. The tutors also realised and left.

- Teaching resources are all provided, so the curriculum is already prepared - Approachable and helpful colleagues

- Due to the lack of manpower, I had to handle a class consisting of primary 1 & 2 students. With each lesson only spanning 1.5 hours, it does not provide me sufficient time to provide students the teaching attention they require, resulting in them lagging behind their school's lesson timeline.
