- Home office culture is horrible and getting worse (cronyism, poor leadership, lack of care/focus for associates) - Regressive HR policies - Senior leaders are disconnected from reality - Consultants running amok - Poor pay and even poorer benefits (unless you are a partner) - Technology introductions and org changes have been botched time and time again - Company is way off course to achieve its long term goals

Absolutely horrible company, please do not work here. Employees are basically just cattle to them, and treated terribly. Internal politics and favoritism lead to mistreatment of great employees, and obsession with return to office has turned this company into a nightmare to work for. Layoffs are unnecessary, and leaves understaffed in critical areas, but we are still expected to meet the same deadlines. All the company wants is to find ridiculous ways to save money like switching to off shore resources, layoffs and unnecessary reorganization. Upper leadership doesn't listen to employees at all, we are punished even when we tell them something cannot be done.
