Having a talent designation is a curse for more projects that go no where

      The number of people that quit in the last 90 days. Quiet layoffs The true promotion price is doing 3 jobs and accommodating different time zones. Lots of inexperienced managers and layers Too much " aligning" and "circling back" ; not enough doing
