A smaller recruitment agency means that they treat you like an individual. They seek to find work for their contractors that suits their interests, experience, values and circumstances. They are personally invested in your safety and well-being in the workplace. They found me a temp contract almost immediately and I gained my current position within 2 weeks.

I genuinely have no negative thoughts or feelings about EGM. The experience has been nothing but positive and easy.
