Effect.org has a unique model in the nonprofit space where it leverages technology and data to perform high functioning schools across (currently) India. Additionally it's expeditions program is a nice touch to network with a lot of incredible people and make more impact. Lots of travel.

At this organization you travel a lot and the work hours aren't always 9-5. Since most of our partners are across the world you have to be willing to work some weird hours. But it's not everyday.

Having a meaningful opportunity to create real impact on children in India. Travel, connecting with students in India, leading fantastic expeditions internationally.

A lot to achieve, too little time! Difficult in nonprofit industry to have the time to achieve everything you wish.
