Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at ESS. ESS is committed to investing in the professional development of our staff. The ESS Professional Development Training Programs are differentiated to address every skill level. It is our goal that staff have resources to increase their clinical skills. There are Pre-Licensed, Mid-Level, and Seasoned Clinician Development Programs. The ESS Professional Development Programs also include Supervision Groups which are held monthly and have specific topics to hone-in on specialized topics like LGBTQ History, Restorative Practices, and other workshops designed to sharpen and increase clinical skills. ESS also provides opportunities for clinicians to earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) free of charge.
There is a strong emphasis on clinical documentation due to ESS being the Primary Mental Health Care Provider within our district partnerships. It demonstrates our work and quality of care while meeting the ethical standards & providing services under the FERPA (Family Educational Records Protection Act) law. We appreciate the feedback you’ve provided.
