My time at this company has been deeply disappointing. The touted family culture feels fake, the benefits are lacking, and upper management is inconsistent. Feeling appreciated is rare, as the promises of support often prove empty. Regrettably, this organization also fostered a culture of shaming and criticism, even for minor mistakes. Such an environment breeds anxiety and depression, making it nearly impossible to thrive and perform at one's best. In summary, the absence of a genuine culture, inadequate benefits, inconsistent management, and a toxic working environment have made it impossible to deem this job as fulfilling.
