Procurement can at times be a bit "repetitive" so you need to have a genuine interest in the field to appreicate the type of work.

Work life balance in consulting can often be hard to achieve. Many competitors are doing a lot to help working parents and offering a wide range of flexible working opportunities (ie: work from home when not with clients, flexible working patterns during the day, better maternity/paternity etc etc), Efficio should start changing some of these benefits to retain talent avoid falling behind other firms.
