      The job is well documented and a lot of the people are great.

      This company cares about absolutely nothing but stats that hardly affect your work. Its impossible to do good work around here because even when you do everything right there will always be a statistic they are upset about. The company has a setup where they basically only hand out raises if you threaten to leave so expect to spend your time with the same pay,

      You are expected to be tied to your desk all day and in the phone queue even at a level 2 tech position while simultaneously expected to work tickets and research issues. Every single stat/metric is tracked and nothing you do will be good enough Stats are held against you even when there is no work PTO policy is stringent at best They are extremely tight with allowing OT, this coupled with every metric tracked makes me wonder if the business is in a good place.
