I worked for a successful Atlassian Platinum company which was acquired. The Culture changed, the "Start up" feeling and and the healthy company changed for sales praising where they were hush hush around people who quit. No transparency at all. The numbers are good , but it's always "Bad times" and they still bought new companies. Growing silos and the warmth is dissappering.
