      Employee involvement is encouraged and there is always a strong sense of comradery between team members and departments. I have been with Egan for over 5yrs and no two months have ever been the same. There is always a new, and better way to approach a problem and the team at Egan makes continuous improvement a priority. If you are in sales, Egan offers a incredibly robust suite of products and the brand has a reputation for build quality and imaginative design. Abundant opportunity for hard-working, creative people.

      Employees are not valued at all. They are seen as easily replaceable and disposable. President would rather lose hard working employees than give them what they deserve such as bonuses, raises, benefits and good working conditions (turn the heat on it's not that expensive!!!). Upper management gets treated like royalty however don't expect to reach that level as positions are hired for externally rather than giving internal staff a chance.

      Employees ARE great people! We have both plenty of new hires (owing to growth) as well as people who have been with Egan over 30 years! It's pretty awesome. I'll share a few facts: Our compensation packages do, in fact, include competitive pay, bonuses, and benefits, and yes even heat (?). Anyone we invite to join the great people from Egan is given a written copy of all of this to consider for a minimum of 3 days before being asked for a decision.
