      Work life balance in Polland is good but in India Management treat employees as a slave 1. No work life balance 2. Too much work pressure 3. Convent culture - for small task delay people escalate it to higher management like a kindergarten kids. 4. Fake Urgency - They will give you fake Urgency for every single tasks 5. Priorities are different for India Management and US Management and you will suffer as both wanted their work to finish early

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
