Company Culture: Unfortunately, the company culture at EHOB, Inc. is deeply entrenched in its historical practices. The prevailing mindset seems to be, “This is how things have always been done.” While tradition can be valuable, it should not hinder progress or perpetuate harmful behaviors. Leadership and HR: The director of HR plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s culture. However, their stance on maintaining the status quo, even when it leads to unfairness, hurtfulness, or disrespect, is concerning. As employees, we deserve an environment that fosters growth, empathy, and mutual respect. Challenges: 1. Lack of Transparency: Decisions are often made behind closed doors, leaving employees feeling excluded and powerless. 2. Resistance to Change: When valid concerns are raised, they are met with resistance. Innovation and improvement take a backseat. 3. Unaddressed Issues: Instances of unfair treatment or hurtful behavior are swept under the rug, perpetuating a toxic atmosphere.
