As a Retail Store Manager in the telecom industry, I can genuinely say that this has been the most rewarding company I've worked for. Honestly, I don't have any significant cons to highlight. Like any fast paced retail environment, there are busy periods and expectations, but the support and culture here do make those challenges manageable.
