The Senior managers have huge egos, very self serving and HR are there soley to keep the staff in line. More and more Indians (cheap and ineffective labour from Tech Mahindra) on the floor. It is all about cost cutting to sell the company on. Morale very low. People worked really hard to turn the company around, and the Managers got huge bonuses.
