Good pay. Easy job. Low stress.

Can be boring. Boss calls you at random times even at night. Expects you to answer. A bit pushy. Micromanaging. Very little trust and or respect at times.

there are no pros its a harmful company

Owner pays less wants to purposely then other companies. She keeps people by threatening them to call multiple agencies and does call multiple agencies so you don't get hired and stay with her. People that I knew that did demos working for the owner only did it because they were afraid of her calling other agencies and lying so they could lose thier other side gigs. The owner behaved like a busy body that bullied, was disorganized and harassed after my first demo that was four hours on a saturday it mess because of her directions and how she messed up the app with the wrong products on there. I later got called the entire week morning noon and night with her moon swings. I told her I discreetly and kindly I'm busy with my life and can't work for her. She got furious and told me she was going to call other agencies so they don't hire me and she actually did call a few agencies.
