There are plenty of chances to learn new skills and being successful is heavily left up to each individual. Definitely ways to stand out and advance. They also have a concrete review system so there is a bare minimum amount of feedback regardless of who your direct supervisor may be. Leadership has a nice spread of younger and older people which means a variety of styles but always consistent messaging. Other miscellaneous stuff: -Currently only 2 days required in office each week (aside from necessary site visits) and there are two offices. Basically they will hire you regardless of which office you prefer. -Internship program is thoroughly put together and multiple interns have been hired for full time jobs. Interns actually work directly with engineers on projects too and there are presentations each week about different topics in the industry.

-Work is challenging. There is plenty of support but you have to be willing to ask for it. -Smaller company means you have to wear more hats.
