going through a lot of changes right now almost starting from scratch

- great people - strong product - product adapting to customer feedback

- extremely disorganized - no real direction from anywhere - constant priority changing without sufficient training to help people - zero growth opportunities - tension between teams, no real leadership to bring them together - massive lack of training available - muddled comms - more micro management than I have ever encountered
