The culture at EMI is amazing. They promote from within and treat their employees like family.

I can not identify any cons

Management was generally easy going and there was a good work / life balance.

The pay is horrible compared to industry standards. There was one employee specifically who has been with the company for a few years and has an unpleasant demeanor and really makes working at this company a nightmare. Management won’t do anything about it. In addition this is a small company and was led to believe everyone was very close and welcoming. I found it to be the exact opposite.
