10yThanks for your review of Electrolux. Even though you feel you would not recommend Electrolux we want you to know that it is important to us to hear what you have to say. On a Group level we read every Glassdoor review and meet once a month to discuss the feedback with the relevant HR teams. On a more ongoing basis in your location we encourage skip level meetings so that employees can voice their thoughts on a rolling basis. We hope you feel you can freely contribute to these. Regarding the Charlotte office set-up, each of our locations is different and our goal is to create collaborative and open spaces. We do realize that people's preferences differ though.
