Thank you for taking the time to review Electrolux and leave your feedback. While we are happy to read the positives you have mentioned, we are strongly displeased to hear that some of our employees may be seen by others as disposable. This is completely against the Electrolux foundational element of respect and diversity where each person is valued for who they are, including the diverse skills and experiences they bring to their teams and the company as a whole. We rely on every employee (and especially those in HR) to be guardians of this belief and act according to it no matter the location.
