This is a reputable company which has helped provide jobs for different communities. My experience with the company was rather positive for the most part as they paid above average wages.

The company does not treat its people like humans but they see you as replaceable numbers. They are highly profit driven thus they will employ a large number of employees during peak season to get as much production done then once they have reached their desired figures they sack them.

This is completely against what we stand for as a company and our foundational element of respect and diversity. Favoritism is an issue. People with no experience getting promoted because they might be good vs promoting the person who has the skills but avoids drama.
