A lot of distress. Everyone here seems to think they are high and mighty, and if you're in operations, it makes your life very difficult. There's no CIO, or CFO, it's only the NA CEO that calls all the shots. It makes it very difficult when you don't have a C level associate fighting for your cause. It makes it so the business can run all over you.
