What do they do? - A lot of politics, the oldest in the company are the one to be promoted - Diversity and Inclusion works nice on paper, but targets and progress are now shown openly. Just look at the senior leaders and you need to look for many minutes to find some diversity - "Work smart not hard", this CEO quote doesn't apply actually. People do useless reports and then months later they never use - Do you want to negotiate a salary? Leave the company and come back later with a better pay
