What a joke - Recensione dipendente - Production Operator presso Electrolux

Treated like a number not a person, not an employee. Lack of communication, lack of follow through Not enough time for breaks when you have to walk 5 mins to and from, good luck goin to the bathroom, lines everywhere: cafe, bathroom, etc Only get 3 personal days a year. 2 points is a write up, after 6 it's termination. Even get a point when you have a doctor's note. The good employees are treated like hackey sacks, and the other employees aren't bothered with, they do wht they want. This past year we have hit breaking records, we get laid off without pay, no appreciation,no bonuses. Prepare to be laid off many times throughout the year. Guarenteed laid off every December. Good luck filing and receiving unemployment. I could go on and on
