-Business is lost, even more so after major layoff. Those who are staying suffers. -Focusing on wrong things and processes, yet not enough resources, no strategy to drive actual results. -Seniors and global avoids actually working, just all talks to look good to feed egos. Passes on execution to subordinates, sits in tall tower to just look good in meetings. To whom, beats me. -Frequently hears some were unlucky to work for some seniors in particular, well-known for implementing rigidity in office days and working hours with little room for flexibility, topping it with occasional sarcasm. Thankfully it’s time to say goodbye for most. -Many odd egoistic mid-senior leadership are staying, ruined the culture company has set, good luck. -Plenty in management plays favouritism among themselves, if they like you, you get away with support. If they don’t think you’re deserving, they make work tough for you.
