My initial hopes were so much higher for this company but after my time there I struggle to find a pro.

Unprofessional, unethical management. I have never seen so many people discarded so easily because of a very select few managers that have few reasons other than they don’t personally like them or they feel challenged by them. Every week was another person fired or walking out. If you weren’t willing to commit all of your work day plus your “free” time to them then you are not held as a good employee. I listened to countless conversations of managers complaining about work ethic when people are constantly working 50-60+ hour weeks and 12-15 hours on month end days. Pay was extremely inconsistent for same positions depending on how close you were to the manager. As well as promotions. It is an immature boys club. If you can hang with the top management then you may be okay. But if you rub them the wrong way in even the slightest fashion, you could easily be up next on their firing list. Advancements are a joke if you aren’t already in their top few managers because hiring and promotions are not based on merit. But buddy up to an exec and its impressive the roles you can skip and still keep getting promotions.
