They do not invest in their employees. No incentives to stay long term. The employees who have been there for any length of time relate it to being "institutionalized." I have worked other places and know that there are better companies to work for, so I got out as soon as I could. You work there 1 year, you get 1 week paid vacation. You work there 10+ years, you still get 1 week paid vacation. Expensive, catastrophic insurance - I was better off paying for my own personal plan outside EE. Long-term employees will tell you that raises/bonuses are few and far between. It is not uncommon for the President of company to yell, scream, and cuss employees on an extreme level. In a way that any respectable, adult man wouldn't do. He is condescending for no reason and I think he's done it for so long he doesn't even know he's acting that way.
