The food van which turned up every day. The food on there wasn't great but it is the only redeeming feature of this place.

Where to start... Pay - You know that thing that goes into your bank account every pay day? Yep that. Well, when you woke up it was never there. At some random time during the day in it would drop. Once it was a whole 2 days late. Unreliable. Management - Non existent. They neither supported nor helped their staff members. There was no trust in the members of staff that worked hard although it was clear some people did nothing in the office. Once the office was locked at 9am in the morning so I couldn't get in. CEO - Demanded appointments were channelled to him. Never gave feedback. Was rude when approached and even abusive when you suggested or challenged an aspect which would have improved the business. Seeing as closed sales equalled commissions this meant there was no traceability so therefore things could have been sold but commissions not paid. There was a lot more which was wrong with this company. I cannot be bothered to go into greater depth about them though. Like I say, worst company I have ever worked for.
