Everyone here is SMART, super humble, really kind, and actually CARES, from the top down. Seriously. There has been so much thought put into how to hire and the types of people to hire to best align with values and collaborate with team. There are not big egos - which is not to say there isn't confidence - there is. It's awesome to work with a team that trusts and cares for each other, while also being great at what they do, and invested in the work. We have a lot of fun together too.
Also, product is solving a major problem in the industrial sector, so the work feels important.

Common amongst small start ups, career development can be tricky, especially if you're in a department that isn't building or selling the product (like People Ops). I don't blame anyone, and I know it's top of mind amongst leadership, building out career development plans, but sometimes that process takes longer than it might elsewhere.
