Too much separation between departments, the left hand never knows what the right hand is doing. They say they appreciate their employees so much in monthly meetings but don’t drink the kool aid… They just transitioned my department from hourly to salary with no salary adjustment really hurting the ones that go above and beyond working extra hours to help keep the entire department caught up on its work. Seems high level management only cares about the investors and setting record profits that they do not spread to their employees that actually do the work. Their bonus structure continuous to be a higher set goal year after year slowly and steadily lowering the yearly bonuses paid out. Training is lacking for new employees and seems people like to make up their own processes on how to handle things.
