Benefits are reasonable and some lower management really do care for the employees and are on employees side

With multiple surveys going out about employee engagement nothing has changed and are now forced to be in office 3 days a week and now have no choice to work remote if we are sick or need to be home with kids, etc. since a new CEO has taken over the company has gone down hill and no one listens to what the employees want. Making some people be fully remote and some are mandated to be in office is crazy. It should be an optional thing for people to show work life balance. We are living after a pandemic things are not the same as they were before
