Great company to work for employing the best musicians in the world. Majority of the staff are women which is refreshing and rare in the music business. Highly recommend.

Many late hours on Saturday nights but that comes with the territory

I am compensated well for my weekday work. We work with really talented musicians. The office is pretty.

The company does not place much value in those who are onsite at events and working 10+ hour days. The company acts very exclusively and lower employees are left in the dark on many items. There is no HR support and there are many HR issues that have been brushed under the rug.
