I think as a stakeholder you need to be understanding and accomodative, instead of authoritative and stubborn.
Wrong people have been entrusted with the responsibilities. They are not able to be handle them.
With this culture the company is doomed to failure.
The company does not offer promotions and salary hike is bare minimum.
They are very frugal.
No growth opportunities.
Only way to grow is to leave company.
