Down to earth mentality mixed with superhigh intelligent profiles, ambition, and quality of service. They are the best by far. As a person who worked long time on the client side, this was one of the few companies I was able to trust and not catch on 'selling a lie' like most of the competition would. Outperforms the top consultancy firms by a landslide.

Recently growing so strong, they risk getting rushed into growing too fast. Although aware of this risk, and implementing continously improvements to facilitate newcomers into their system and work, you just sometimes can't rush experience and age.
