      I can't say enough about the great team I've been able to work with at Elements. Everyone is working at such a high level. And there's no ego problems. It's so refreshing to be allowed to do your best work and to give and receive feedback without fear or anxiety.

      The only downside is just the instability of startup life, which isn't really Elements' fault. And, as a remote team, I wish it was easier to get together with everyone from the team. We convene in-person a few times a year, but I wish we could get together more often. Also, just a small team, but lots of white dudes, so diversity isn't where I'd like it to be.

      Start-up life with lots of brilliant minds. Some of the most innovative and hard-working people trying to disrupt a $50b+ industry. There is a lack of ego and "tradition" which allows an incredible space for ideas and innovation from absolutely everyone. It is all remote and functions very well as such. There is a lot of room for creativity with no roles strictly defined. This is all pieced together by the incredible leadership.

      The only cons are the pros. A start-up life, lack of structure / tradition, and working from home may be a turn off to some.
