PTO- 20 days if Full Time plus 6 extra flex days(PTO) to use at your discretion. Flexible working hours- start and end times are varied depending on what works for you (most times) You dont have to put in PTO for every time you will be out and can flex your hours to adjust for the time you are out (in my department). And if you are sick, you can work from home (in my department) Small teams means you can self govern your time You get two 15 minute breaks (paid) and a 30 minute lunch break (unpaid) They do team outings in the summer, group sports if you want to join, etc Massive break room area- some people do puzzles

Poor communication amongst departments/buildings last minute changes that stress out lower ranking employees Growing pains of a start up They give stock a lot...seems like they do it to make up for salary increases They state their mission at EVERY meeting and make employees read it out loud which makes it feel like a cult They got rid of our good insurance/benefits and made it more expensive for single people Management has too much pressure from higher ups to deliver so they try to appease you but they really do nothing most times.
