I’ve been able to shape my role and take part in projects outside my initial scope, which has helped me develop both professionally and personally. - crazy 3 staged application process even for a entry position like a BDR absolutely not worth the hassle - let me perform a language test in my native language I graduated in which I thought is very weird (just read my publications) - slim to none possibilities to grow in the company - progressive attitude (attitude over results) - desks are too small, chairs are too cheap - based people need to make a secret out of it
