I work from home, but when at the corporate offices, I see many forms of self expression, from jeans to sleeve tattoos, which makes for a more interesting workplace. - While the organization is not flat, leadership is approachable and there is a huge movement to shift decision rights and opportunities to lead throughout the organization, so growth opportunities are everywhere.
