7yI am sorry to read this review and would like the opportunity to understand what specifically happened in the view of this reviewer to allow Elevate an opportunity to address it. What I read here is contrary to every value, principle and practice we follow at Elevate. We have a zero tolerance policy against sexual harassment and harassment of any kind. At Elevate, our behavior is governed by our Code of Conduct which every employee is required to read and sign. That Code outlines what is considered a violation and what to do if such a violation is witnessed in the work place. We hold mandatory sensitivity training multiple times a year to make sure our teams understand what constitutes harassment of all kinds. We have a clear policy for reporting violations and offer access to the Risk Officer to any employee who is uncomfortable reporting up a violation to their manager or our People (HR) team. We take specific care to treat everyone equitably and fairly. We have committees available for any employee to join, on the subjects of diversity and inclusion; equitability and fair treatment for everyone in the Elevate community.
